Returns
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns requested for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect items are not eligible for return or refund.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item if necessary.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to product availability.
If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Return Shipping
For approved returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrect products, ClickPaws will cover the return shipping costs when applicable and will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
